BIOGRAPHY
A member of the Rangers` 1940 Stanley Cup team, Hiller joined the Rangers organization in 1937 after spending a season in Great Britain with the Harringay Greyhounds. After dominating the Eastern Hockey League with the New York Rovers in 1937-38, he went on to play five full seasons for the Blueshirts, including a final season after two years away from the team.

Considered one of the fastest skaters of his era, his best offensive season came in 1943-44 when, at age 28, he finished second on the Rangers in scoring with 40 points in 50 games.
