Game Notes: Rangers at Montreal Canadiens

Today's Game
The Rangers face-off against the Montreal Canadiens in a matinee matchup today at the Bell Centre (2:00 p.m.) in the final game of their four-game road trip. The Blueshirts are currently in fourth place in the Atlantic Division standings with a record of 26-22-6, and rank eighth in the Eastern Conference with 58 points. New York enters the contest having defeated the Devils, 3-1, Friday at the Prudential Center and have now won four of their last five games. Today's contest will be nationally televised on NBC in the United States. Following today's contest, the Rangers will return home on Tuesday, February 5, to take on the Los Angeles Kings at Madison Square Garden (7:00 p.m.). The Canadiens, 28-15-9, are currently in second place in the Northeast Division standings with 65 points and have won 11 of their last 16 games.
