The Rangers face-off against the Philadelphia Flyers in a matinee matchup today at the Wachovia Center (1:00 p.m.) in the first game of a back-to-back road set. The Blueshirts are currently in fourth place in the Atlantic Division standings with a record of 27-24-6, and rank eighth in the Eastern Conference with 60 points. New York enters the contest having been defeated by the Ducks, 4-1, Thursday at Madison Square Garden and have now lost their last two games after winning three straight. The Rangers have posted a record of 5-3-1 in the first game of back-to-back sets this season. Following today's contest, the Rangers will travel to Washington to take on the Capitals tomorrow, February 10, at the Verizon Center (1:00 p.m.). The Flyers, 30-18-5, are currently in first place in the Atlantic Division standings with 65 points and have won four of their last six games.
