Game Notes: Rangers at Philadelphia Flyers

Tonight's Game
The Rangers face-off against the Philadelphia Flyers, today at the Wachovia Center (7:00 p.m.) in the first game of a home-and-home set. The Blueshirts are currently in third place in the Atlantic Division standings with a record of 39-26-9, and rank sixth in the Eastern Conference with 87 points. New York enters the contest having defeated the Devils, 2-1, in a shootout on Wednesday at the Prudential Center and are now 12-2-3 in their last 17 games. The Rangers are 17-6-1 vs. Atlantic Division opponents this season. Following today's match, the Rangers will return home to face-off against the Philadelphia Flyers, Tuesday, March 25, at Madison Square Garden (7:30 p.m.) in the second game of the home-and-home set.
