Game Notes: Rangers at Pittsburgh Penguins

Today's Game
The Rangers face-off against the Pittsburgh Penguins tonight at Mellon Arena (12:30 p.m.), in the final game of a five-game road trip. The Blueshirts currently sit atop the Atlantic Division standings with a record of 27-15-4, and rank third in the Eastern Conference with 58 points. The Rangers enter tonight's contest having defeated the Blackhawks, 3-2, in overtime on Friday at the United Center, and have recorded at least one point in five of their last six games (4-1-1). Following today's contest, the Rangers will return home to face-off against the Anaheim Ducks on Tuesday, January 20, at Madison Square Garden (7:00 p.m.). The Penguins, 22-20-4, currently rank eighth in the Eastern Conference standings with 48 points, and have lost eight of their last 11 games.
