Tonight's Game
The Rangers face-off against the Calgary Flames tonight at Pengrowth Saddledome (10:00 p.m.), to conclude their three-game Western Canadian road trip. The Blueshirts currently rank second in the Atlantic Division standings, and fourth in the Eastern Conference, with a record of 10-6-1 (21 pts.). New York enter tonight's contest having defeated Edmonton, 4-2, on Thursday at Rexall Place, the Rangers first win in Edmonton since Feb. 21, 1999. Calgary enter the contest with a 9-4-1 (19 pts.) record, and rank eighth in the Western Conference. Following tonight's game, the Rangers will have a four-day break in action before returning home to faceoff against the Atlanta Thrashers on Thursday, Nov. 12, at Madison Square Garden (7:00 p.m.).
