Tonight’s Game

The Rangers face-off against the Pittsburgh Penguins tonight at Mellon Arena (7:30 p.m.), in their fifth game in eight nights. The Blueshirts currently rank fourth in the Atlantic Division standings, and 10th in the Eastern Conference, with a record of 13-11-1 (27 pts.). New York enter tonight's contest having been defeated by Tampa Bay, 5-1, last night at St. Pete Times Forum, to end their four-game winning streak against the Lightning. Pittsburgh enter the contest with a 17-9-0 (34 pts.) record, and rank second in the Eastern Conference. Following tonight's game, the Rangers will face-off against the Pittsburgh Penguins on Monday, Nov. 30, at Madison Square Garden (7:00 p.m.), in the second game of a home-and-home set.
