Sanguinetti, Locke in AHL All-Star Game
The Rangers organization and its American Hockey League affiliate, the Hartford Wolf Pack, will have two representatives at the 2010 AHL All-Star Game.

Sanguinetti
Defenseman Bobby Sanguinetti and forward Corey Locke, the league's leading scorer, both earned spots in the Jan. 19 All-Star Game at Portland, Maine, last week.

Sanguinetti, the Rangers' 2006 first-round draft pick, will be on the AHL's PlanetUSA All-Star squad for the second straight year. This has been a big season already for Sanguinetti, who made his NHL debut with the Blueshirts on Nov. 27 at Tampa Bay and has played five games with the Rangers this season.

Despite missing some Wolf Pack games during the time he was called up, the second-year pro is tied for second among AHL defensemen with 25 points this season.

Locke
Locke, a Toronto native who has dominated this season's AHL scoring race, signed with the Rangers as an unrestricted free agent last July. This will be the fourth AHL All-Star Game in five years for the 25-year-old Locke, who will play for the team of Canadian All-Stars.

The AHL All-Star Classic will be a two-day event from Jan. 18-19. The skills competition will take place on Jan. 18, and the game itself will be played at 6 p.m. ET on Jan. 19.
