Thanks to the overwhelming support of the fans, over 800 coats were collected and delivered to underprivileged kids this holiday season.
On Tuesday, December 1, Adam Graves delivered coats to children at Loisiada Inc., which facilitates access to education, training and employment opportunities that ensure the overall improvement and economic development of the community.
Following school that day, the children arrived at the Loisiada facility for snacks before meeting Graves and receiving their new winter coat.
“It’s a real privilege to see the appreciation on these kids faces,” stated Graves. “And looking at all these great coats we have here, it tells you how great our fans are that they would give to this cause to assist our efforts with children in our area.”

"Chris and I are professionals at this, I am glad to continue to help the children find a new coat for the winter each year,” stated Staal. “Chris and I both did this the previous two seasons and it has really been a great experience that I look forward to doing for years to come."
“We do so many of great things here through Garden of Dreams but this is the one event I look forward to each year, said Rangers Captain Chris Drury. “It’s truly special to see some of the reactions on the children and how grateful they are to receive a coat.”
In addition to distributing the coats at each facility, Graves, Drury and Staal all signed autographs, took pictures and distributed gift bags while spreading holiday cheer.
