This year’s event featured long time Ronald McDonald House supporters Brian Leetch and Rod Gilbert, as well as many other distinguished Rangers alumni including Ron Duguay, Nick Fotiu, Adam Graves, Ron Greschner, Pat Hickey, Brian Mullen, and Gilles Villemure.
Throughout the evening, fans had an opportunity to skate with a number of former Rangers in attendance including Gilbert, Duguay and Mullen. The event also included dinner, auctions and an autograph session with Leetch, Graves, Fotiu and Villemure.
Since 1994, the Skate with the Greats event has successfully raised over $6.5 million for the Ronald McDonald House of New York, whose mission is to provide a home away from home for children undergoing active treatment.
The Ronald McDonald House of New York is supported in part by the Rangers and is a partner of the Garden of Dreams Foundation, a non-profit charity that works closely with the New York Rangers and all areas of Madison Square Garden to make dreams come true for children in crisis.
