Tonight’s Game

The Rangers conclude their season-high six-game road trip tonight when they face-off against the Buffalo Sabres at HSBC Arena (7:00 p.m.), in the first game of a back-to-back set. The Blueshirts currently rank fourth in the Atlantic Division standings, and ninth in the Eastern Conference, with a record of 36-32-10 (82 pts.). The Rangers enter tonight's contest having defeated the Florida Panthers, 4-1, on Saturday at the BankAtlantic Center, to improve to 4-0-1 on their current road trip and 5-0-1 in the last six games overall. The Sabres enter the contest with a 43-25-10 (96 pts.) record to rank third in the Eastern Conference. Following tonight's contest, the Rangers return to action on Wednesday, when they will face-off against the Toronto Maple Leafs at Madison Square Garden (7:00 p.m.), in the second game of their back-to-back set.
