This summer, newyorkrangers.com again ran a comprehensive look at the highly-regarded Rangers developmental pipeline with its exclusive "20 Prospects Series".
Throughout the summer, Blueshirts fans were treated to inside looks at each of 20 Rangers prospects, learning extensive details about the player's career to date, getting the inside scoop from scouts, and hearing what many of these prospects themselves have to say about being part of the organization and their hopes for the future.
The inaugural 20 Prospects Series in 2010 included three players --
Ryan McDonagh,
Michael Sauer, and
Derek Stepan -- who emerged as Rangers regulars in 2010-11. As was the case a year ago, this year's series ran primarily in alphabetical order, although the format varied based on the timing of interviews with scouts and players.
