The Rangers will face-off against the Tampa Bay Lightning tonight at Tampa Bay Times Forum (7:30 p.m.), to conclude a back-to-back road set against Southeast Division opponents. The Blueshirts currently sit atop the Eastern Conference standings, and rank second in the league overall, with a record of 41-15-6 (88 pts). The Rangers enter the contest having defeated the Carolina Hurricanes, 3-2, on Thursday night at RBC Center for their third straight win, and are now 12-3-2 in their last 17 games. The Lightning enter the contest with a 29-28-6 (64 pts) record to rank 11th in the Eastern Conference, and have won five of their last seven games. Following tonight's contest, the Rangers will face-off against the Boston Bruins on Sunday, Mar. 4, at Madison Square Garden (12:30 p.m.), in an Original Six match-up.
