The Rangers face-off against the Boston Bruins tonight at Madison Square Garden (7:00 p.m.), in an Original Six matchup. The Blueshirts currently sit atop the Eastern Conference standings, and rank first in the league overall, with a record of 50-21-7 (107 pts). The Rangers enter the contest having defeated the Montreal Canadiens, 4-1, on Friday at Madison Square Garden for their 50th win of the season. New York extended its winning streak to four games, and the Rangers have won six of the last seven games. The Bruins enter the contest with a 46-28-4 (96 pts) record to rank second in the Eastern Conference, and have won six of the last eight games. Following tonight's contest, the Rangers will face-off against the Philadelphia Flyers on Tuesday, Apr. 3, at Wells Fargo Center (7:00 p.m.), in an Atlantic Division matchup.
