RANGERS SEASON TICKETS WAITLIST

Thank you for your interest in joining the Rangers faithful at Madison Square Garden as a partial season ticket holder. The entire Rangers organization appreciates your interest in our team. Because our season and partial ticket plans are currently sold out, we are at this time assembling a Rangers ticket waitlist to ensure that there is an orderly and fair sales process for future partial subscriptions if seats become available.

Please read the following information carefully. You can submit your deposit by filling out the attached form or on-line by clicking here. When tickets become available for purchase, we will contact you to discuss your options. In addition, waitlist members will receive ongoing communication from the organization about special offers, select Rangers events and ticket notification with opportunities to purchase tickets through msgticketexchange. .

Important Information:

  • Please note that if you are currently a Rangers subscriber or partial plan subscriber, you do not need to place yourself on the waitlist. You will be automatically contacted regarding ticket options for next season.
  • A deposit is required to be placed on the waitlist for a partial plan. Please note that providing a deposit does not guarantee seats for the 2010-11 season or any season thereafter.
  • There is a four (4) ticket maximum, per account for a partial season ticket plan.
  • A valid email address must be provided in order to participate in the waitlist program. Ongoing communication and, most importantly, all future offers to purchase Rangers ticket plans will take place via email. Please be sure that your computer setting recognizes the following addresses: @thegarden.com, newyorkrangers.com and msg@msgnyc.com.

For partial plan tickets:
A refundable $50 per seat deposit must accompany your form. This is a one-time deposit and will be applied toward your subscription if a purchase is finalized.

Receiving an Offer
Once our current season subscriber renewal and upgrade process has been completed, if there are available seat locations, offers will be extended to waitlist members.  We expect to convey those offers in August. 

If we reach your ranking on the list, you will receive an offer by email for the opportunity to purchase tickets.  Due to the timeliness of this process, it is imperative that you keep your current email address on file with our Season Subscriptions Department. Please note, leaving a deposit does not guarantee that you will be offered a subscription for the 2010-11 season or any season thereafter.  Waitlist ranking will be assigned based on when we receive your order form with payment of the full deposit.

If an offer is conveyed to you and you fail to respond, you will be removed from the waitlist and will need to reapply for 2011-12.  If you respond to an offer and decline the seats offered, you may request to remain on the list for 2011-12.  However, your ranking will be adjusted and you will be moved to the bottom of the list.  If you are not offered tickets for the 2010-11 season, we will contact you in October / November to discuss your options for the 2010-11 season.

REFUNDS OF DEPOSITS: If at any time you wish to withdraw from either waitlist, you may do so and the deposit you made with respect to that waitlist will be refunded to you.  In addition, if we do not offer you a subscription for the 2010-11 season, you will be entitled to request a refund without losing your place on the waiting list for the 2010-11 season, provided that you resubmit your deposit when we contact you in the Spring of 2010.
