Comments from fans who voted for Gaborik's third goal of the game ...

Who doesn't love a hat trick?
-- Megan W. from Parkersburg, W. Va.

In a week of offensive struggles for the team, it's great to see Gabby turn it on! Watching this game at home in my No. 10 jersey, his third goal affirmed that "I am a Ranger"!
-- Mike from Winnipeg, Manitoba

I've been waiting for this ever since he signed with the Rangers! Can't wait for him to dazzle us with five!
-- Wes E. from New York, N.Y.

I was there, and it took me a second to realize he had a hat trick. First time I've ever seen one.
-- Felicia I. from Denver, Colo.

Not only did Gaborik score the hat trick, but his defensive move beforehand -- throwing himself on the ice, then leaping up from that to make the breakaway -- that was phenomenal.
-- Carmen P. from Brooklyn, N.Y.

It's always good to see my favorite player get out of a bad slump and find the net, and what better way to do that than with a hat trick on a sick breakaway?
-- Chris Alayon from Rocky Point, N.Y.

This shows how absolutely serious Gaborik is as a player! He is not to be messed with!
-- Phoenix from Teaneck, N.J.

Gaborik is the best thing to happen to the Rangers since Lundqvist and Jagr. He reminds me of Petr Bondra.
-- Paul from Holtsville, N.Y.

Gaborik's the man.
-- Anthony Tumio from Stratford, Conn.

This was the first of hopefully many of Gaborik's hat-tricks with the Rangers.
-- Tyler from Wappingers Falls, N.Y.

The natural hat trick showed Gaborik's vintage quick release!
-- Rob K. from South Brunswick, N.J.

Wow. The talent this man has is incredible. He is such a natural scoreer and is always fun to watch. Hats off to a 10th career hat trick :)
-- Cassandra from New Jersey

He is the most underrated player in the NHL.
-- Stu W. from London, England

It is signature Gaborik. A shot he has made dozens of times before (against Lundquist in his legendary five-goal night), yet still has the ability to inspire complete awe.
-- Joe from Rye, N.Y.

If there was anyone who deserved a hat trick, it was Gaborik.
-- Ashley from Bellmore, N.Y.

This is exactly why we got Gaborik. He can score whenever he wants to.
-- Lauren E. from Mastic, N.Y.

I was at the game, and it was a beauty. I even threw my hat.
-- Julia from Littleton, Colo.

Gabby has been deserving this trick for a long time! Just wish it was at home so he could see more hats on the ice!
-- Jason H. from Springfield, Ore.
