THE WEREK WATCH

Ethan Werek, a center selected by the Rangers in the second round of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft, is playing major-junior hockey this season with the Kingston Frontenacs of the Ontario Hockey League. The 18-year-old scored 64 points in 66 games last season.
