GOING FOR GOLD IN VANCOUVER
Five members of the 2009-10 New York Rangers competed in the 2010 Winter Olympics from Feb. 16-28. The group included Blueshirts goaltender Henrik Lundqvist,Slovakia's Marian Gaborik, Finland's Olli Jokinen and Rangers captain Chris Drury with Team USA. Rangers alternate captain Ryan Callahan was also on the U.S. team for his first Olympics, along with Blueshirts head coach John Tortorella, who worked as an assistant coach.![]() |
