On June 25-26 in Los Angeles, Gordie Clark, the Rangers' Director, Player Personnel, and his team of scouts helped chart the future of the Blueshirts by making six selections at the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. Defenseman Dylan McIlrath of the Moose Jaw Warriors, considered one of the most intimidating and toughest players in the Western Hockey League, was the first Rangers pick at No. 10 overall in the opening round.
