VIDEO: GORDIE CLARK DISCUSSES THE PICKS
FOUR FOR THE FUTURE

One of the reasons for the Rangers' big playoff run in 2012 was the team's great work at the NHL Entry Draft. Most of the 2011-12 Blueshirts were draft picks of the team, and that tradition continued on June 22-23 at Pittsburgh's CONSOL Energy Center, where the team chose Minnesota native Brady Skjei, a defenseman, in Round 1, forward Boo Nieves in Round 2, defenseman Calle Andersson in Round 4 and forward Thomas Spelling in Round 5.
